SHIPPING POLICY
We will continue to use UPS Ground service for shipping all orders within the continental United States. We will use U.S.P.S. to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses .Orders being shipped outside the continental U.S.A. such as: Guam, AA, AP, HI etc. will be shipped by airmail.
Note: We do not ship outside the U.S.A. We may assign the task of shipping and handling of orders to an order fulfillment company. All of the UPS shipments will be fully insured against damage and will have a UPS tracking number on each package.
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we may use U.S.P.S standard mail to ship your package depending upon the specific merchandise and which is more economical.
MOST OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS: When can I expect my order to arrive? We will ship your order quickly, usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow normal delivery time which is generally 7-10 days depending on where you live in the country. (Does not include holidays and weekends)

Return Policy
We accept returns on every item we sell (un-used and in resale condition) in its original package for up to 15 days from the date of receipt. You can request a refund. Please contact us for return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Please understand that we don't refund shipping and handling charges on any returned items.
You must contact us within the stated 15 day warranty period to receive full refund (less the cost of shipping and handling). Please understand that we can not make any credit adjustment or replacement on any unauthorized returns.
